A two-hour ritual-experience that offers guided embodiment + Rest practices, multimedia poetic lectures on Rest frameworks, reflection, and discussion. During sessions of Rest, neuroscientist and violist Clara Takarabe offers Clinically Designed Improvisatory Music (CDIM), calming clinical music created at Northwestern Music and Medicine Program through a neuropsychiatric framework to physically and palpably evoke sensations of safety.
